CODA Player — Introduction

We believe that you should not have to buy, install and maintain third-party hardware to display your content if you already have the hardware capable of displaying it. This is why we have been working hard on the CODA Player for Windows, a piece of software that allows your computers to be turned into digital signage displays. To download the latest version of the Windows CODA Player, please visit this page.

Once installed, the CODA Player can make your computer into a digital signage device, just like a CODAPod. It can also be used as a convenient content previewer. Content assignment is done in exactly the same way to CODAPods, using the CODAview website.

Full screen mode

By default, CODA Player for Windows launches in a framed window. To full screen mode, double-click the window or press F11. To escape full screen mode, double-click again, or press Escape or F11.

Screen saver

The CODA screen saver runs the CODA Player as a screen saver. It is triggered like any other screen-saver, and disappears upon user interaction. There is an option to enable the screen-saver when installing the player, but you can go through the normal Windows Control Panel to select it. Notice that the CODA screen saver will not start if CODA Player is already running.
